Nice notice, thanks for posting that. Am watching the NASCAR race now, but may have to bounce back and forth to see what FoodNetwork has to offer regarding ABTs.

And I, as a true Floridian,

watched the Florida Gator gals win again in the Collage Softball World Series. One more game against Texas and hopefully another win, we'll be there.

Actually I use my Gas Grill more than the smoker for ABT's. Just does a better job on the bacon getting done right.

The one I saw was the show Diners,Drive in's and Dives and they were put in a smoker.On the website it said to grill,not the same.You have to watch Food Network,they mess up on recipe's.

While I haven't tried this recipe I do LOVE water chestnuts. They easily take on any flavor you macerate them with. Good crunch. With all due respect, don't knock till you've tried it.
