Hey all! I have been lurking in these forums for a few months drooling! I have been cooking and grilling since I was a kid so I have some expirience but smoking is pretty new to me. Smoke chips on the gas grill just didnt cut it anymore.
Recently I developed a love for smoked food so decided to get a smoker to help with my addiction.

I picked up a Louisiana Coutry Smoker CS-570 about 3 weeks ago. It's a pellet pooper and I love it. So far I've smoked Chicken breasts a couple times, brats, Ribs, Corn, Brisket, Potato skins, Portobella mushrooms, and Turkey Breast. Everything has turned out great so far, neighbors and friends are raving about it :D This has been one of the best things I have purchased in a long time!

I am looking forward to learning from you all.
