Hi, just signed up. Have a Brinkmann Smoke-n-grill that we just bought. Second smoker we've owned. Never really did anything with the first one except for some chicken leg quarters a couple of times. Just did some leg quarters on the new one this past holiday weekend. I'm wanting to do more with it and hope to learn how. I've already signed up for Jeff's ecourse and received the first one. My biggest goal is to to be able to do ribs and some good old pork bbq, after all I am in NC! I've never really done either, so it will be a challenge. I'm even considering getting a charcoal grill for grilling rather than using the big stainless steel gas grill. Nothing like food cooked with charcoal. Plus I don't have to worry about runnning out of gas in the middle of cooking something, arggghhhh!
