This batch a ribs was a bit of an experiment. Used my rib racks fer the first time, worked real well. Saved alot of space.
After the ribs came back outa the smoker from there last hour cook, I brushed em with a good coatin of my honey/butter glaze and placed em in a roaster pan covered fer an hour. They were still nice an warm fer servin, the glaze had a chance ta soak in a bit. I then added BBQ sauce with a squirt bottle, just sparinly, the nice thin bout that glaze is it cuts back on the amount a sauce yall need. Everbody round here likes there ribs with sauce, ifin ya don't like sauce they could be served with just the glaze, mighty fine eatin either way. Yall could just serve the sauce on the side ifin ya gots mixed company.
I think the roaster idear worked super well, will continue ta use that.
Good smokes yall.
