Couple of ways that I've reheated pulled pork ...

If you have a crock pot
Put the meat into a foil pouch, don't seal it up completely, and set it in the crock pot. Add about a 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the crock pot to allow the meat to "steam" as it heats up. Will keep the meat moist and tender.

By microwave
I've placed the amount of meat I'm wanting to heat up in a bowl and covered with a damp paper towel to produce the "steam" effect again.

Just a couple of suggestions, holler if either of those means aren't feasable and we'll get something out there to ya.

If you have any of the juice left over from your original smoke throw it in there with it, just reheat the juice to a liquid state and pour over the top....really helps with keeping it moist.

Might not hep ya this time, but put em in a vacuum sealer bag and suck em up. Then yall place em in a pan of boilin water standin up so the water covers the meat, makes a nice juicy rewarm.

Agree with crewdawg52. Apple juice, or finishing sauce.

If using a microwave, I used the wet paper towel trick - and add just a touch of water/liquid as well. Also, cut the power down to about 50% and cook a little longer. Microwaves are pretty bad about drying out food!
