i was told it was polite to introduce myself first so Hello I am new to smoking and I want to smoke everything I see looking forward to learning from all the vets I need ideas to impress the family so bring them on

start with a butt... I found them to be pretty forgiving... Make sure you get a good piece of meat from the butcher. Check out Jeff's 5 day Ecourse then get the rub and sauce recipe... What type of smoker do you have?
