Hello from Michigan!
I have been smoking for about 8 or so years now but nothing really serious. But I received a really nice smoker as a gift last year and have been dooing more and more.

I found this site last weekend and got some great ideas (thanks to all that participate here). So I went out and got a nice 14 lb pork shoulder (and cut it in half) and took a little from a couple of different threads and got this

So I thought I would say hello and thanks!

Thanks All for the welcome.

Richtee, I have a smoker just like this except the smoke box is on the other side.

Looks like I have a couple of neighbors on this board I am also in oakland county.
