Hello from smoke filled NJ

Hello all, my name is James!

Completely new to smoking meat. Purchased a basic charcoal brinkman about 2 weeks ago. I did my first smoke of pork spare ribs last week. The final product was pretty tasty, but fire & smoke control were very problematic.

But anyway hello! This web site and forum are great and help me get going on yet another new hobby!
