The other day I was given a few cuts of beef labeled rib steaks. They are from a family that had a beef butchered. They appear to be 1 1/2" thick steaks cut from a prime rib and possibly could be something very tasty. I need some help on what to do with them. Not sure if I should grill or "q" em. Any thoughts?
