These are some chic wings that I generously dusted with Smittyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s rub. Using hickory, apple, and mesquite, I smoked them for 1 hr. at 450º, then dropped it down to 350º. I got some real crispy wings with these temps. I noticed that the wings closest to the door got crispy sooner than the other pieces. The door must be radiating heat towards the rackâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s edge. Susie Q is still putting out the Thin Blue...

did some wings with smitty's couple weekends ago-my deep-fry than soak in butter with smitty's than oven technique-wow were they good & hot!had smitty's chili last couple nites-we think it was some of the best we have made, gotta love that stuff!!!! thanks for shareing rich.

I believe it took a total of 2-2 1/2 hrs. I didn't even have the chance to plate them, the painters were dying to taste the Q.

Flavor is just the same as when Smitty's first arrived, fresh, hot, and tasty. The painters went nuts over it. That finished my batch... I'll have to buy a larger qty next time. Thank You Richtee.
