This was my first batch of ABTs ever. These things are good.....

I kept it simple and just went with cream cheese. Next time I'll probably get a little more creative.

This was my second smoke on the homemade uds. It did very well considering the high winds yesterday. Still working on getting the right amount of smoke from it. When I first fired it up, it looked like a locomotive with all the smoke puffing. Before I put the abts on, I took some tongs and dug part of the hickory back out. I guess with a little more experience, I'll eventually get it figured out.

Thanks for all the good comments.

Good looking ABTs! Try hot Italian sausage mixed with your cream cheese. Good stuff!
