saw this on Good Eats last night, thought it sounded great:

Everyone knows I like 'Good Eats' w/ Alton Brown and he had a rib show on the other night and thought I would share a recipie he used.

Dry Rub for ribs:

8 tablespoons light brown sugar, tightly packed
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon rubbed thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

I dont know for sure about the jalapeno seasoning, but I will give it a try
