Hi everyone,

I'm a real newbie, I actually found this forum because I was looking for an answer to a question about building my smoker...

I want to do cold smoking but I'm in Brisbane australia which is pretty warm so I might only be able to do it in winter. Even then you've be lucky to get down to 5 deg C at night here.

I haven't done any smoking as yet but I've bought a few big books on the art and I'm working my way through them...

will talk about my question and proposed setup a little more in the wood smoking forum.
