Looks like introducing oneself is the thing to do around here, so here I am.

From New Prague, MN. Have a Brinkman Gourmet smoker that a friend gave me this winter.

So far, I have done a batch of 3-2-1 ribs & a couple fatties that turned out pretty good, and a couple of Pork Butts that were OK, but I only got them up to about 180, so they didn't pull to easily.

Welcome to the forum Gordo, glad to have you here.

Welcome to the SMF Gordo...keep reading thru the posts on here, and you'll soon be making pork butts with the best of 'em!

Check out the Free 5-Day eCourse for some great info about smoking.

Again, welcome to the forum and we hope to hear more from you and maybe even see some Q-view!

Welcome to the forum. Glad you found us. Time is only an estimate. For pulled pork I believe you need to take up to 200 deg.
