I'm getting ready to put my first fatty on the smoker soon. Can't wait to try it. I also have a small 3.5# boneless picnic roast on, and a 4# injected yard bird on. I'll do a qview later after I get it on.

The fatty went over well. The chicken was really good and so was the pork. It all hit the spot. I smoked with mesquite this time, I didn't think it had quite the flavor of hickory. It was still good though. I put a little pizza sauce on the side for the fatty. Yumm!!!
Oh, here's a thought that just popped into my head (most of those are dangerous). Next pizza fatty, towards the end of the smoke, pour a little pizza sauce over it and add some mozzarella. Nice presentation and I bet it looks and tastes good too.
Not taking away from anything you smoked. It all looks....., uhm, ... well...SMOKIN'! Nice job!
I got the idea for the pizza fatty on another smf thread. Just sounded good so I thought I would try it. It was good to!!! I used 1# of jimmy dean sausage,peperoni,mozzerela cheese,parmesean cheese,and pizza sauce.Oh and a little italian seasoning.
