okay...........WITH the grandkids help...........i did ribletts.......yea.....just like what applebee's sells.........and i THINK they are called featherbones.....but not sure.........neighbors boneless beef ribs......and of course abts

full smoker

2 hours in......sprayed with a combo of cherry/apple juice......

as you can see.......the abts already off the smoker......we pulled em abit sooner this time......bit crunchy.......this way, they will reheat better

beef ribs with a nice smoke ring

and the ribletts

fought temps all day......couldn't get em to stay in the 250 range..........so once again......had to finish up in the oven.....but i am NOT going to learn ol' bud without pratice

WD, looks really good, makes things a little rough when you have to fight the temps all day but it looks like you did a great job, the abts are starting to become very high on the request list at my house usually have to do almost a whole grate full on my gosm big block to have enough to go around, the neighbors smell the smoke and always seem to show up at the perfect time, which is fun most of the time the more the merryier, besides they usually bring adult beverages with them, anyway looks like another great smoke thanks for the pics, Travis

my company told me yesterday.........the best thing, if nothing else, i learned from this site........was the abts

but i also have to put Dutch's beans up there with that

the japs used this time, was hotter than normal........gave my eldest grandson a bite..........he wasn't happy...........i finished the rest of the abt.........and i realized why...........MAN they was hot.........MUCH more than normal

poor kid.......prob. ruined him for life on abt's .........hope not
