okay...........WITH the grandkids help...........i did ribletts.......yea.....just like what applebee's sells.........and i THINK they are called featherbones.....but not sure.........neighbors boneless beef ribs......and of course abts

2 hours in......sprayed with a combo of cherry/apple juice......
as you can see.......the abts already off the smoker......we pulled em abit sooner this time......bit crunchy.......this way, they will reheat better

and the ribletts
fought temps all day......couldn't get em to stay in the 250 range..........so once again......had to finish up in the oven.....but i am NOT going to learn ol' bud without pratice
