looking good geob, looking good.........but may i make a suggestion.........on the fatty.........in my book, i think you mite have a better finished product if you would of smoked it WITHOUT the alum. pan.....it was basically sitting in its own fat........maybe next time place the pan under the fatty to collect fat/juices, if you feel the need to keep/use..............

Thanks for the comment. I had a Ham under this was the only reason I used the foil. I didn't know if the fatty juices would hurt or not.

I agree with Dude(don't we all), fatties need no pan. You want the outer edge of the fatty to be kinda crisp and smoky. Ham looks sweet though!
All these hams on the easter Q-view have got me wishin I had done one instead of the ribs and pulled pork!
