found some stuff in the frig for todays smoke. Got some manchego and mozzareella cheeses, left over london broil, thinly sliced chorizo, 3 basil leaves, grilled onions and garlic, pepper, and 1 pound of JD sasuage.

Nice looking fatty. The best part is that almost anything goes well inside one.
 
woo look great..got 2 on the smoke right now i went with extra sharp chedder, onion, garlic and of course chipotle sauce..and some lime...i love lime.


What did the restaurant world do before chipolte????
