Greetings from NH

Hi there -- I got a Rival KC Smoker just after XMAS, and all I want to do is turn out smoked pork shoulder at this point -- went to college in central NC, fell in love with no-sweet, vinegar-sauced pulled pork, and that's what I'm after!

Not a lot of room at home at this point -- hoping to move up to a New Braunfels/Char-Grill charcoal smoker w/sidebox at some point, but hoping to make the Rival work for now ... and waiting for the four feet of snow in the front yard to melt!

First welcome to the SMF!! next- check out the 5day ecourse!! Its full of great info and its free!! There are some great "sticky's" here to get ya what you are wanting.... Meowies pulled pork recipe/method is the greatest!! :
