Hello all, Just found this site today and think it is fantastic. I've only been smokeing for a year however it is in my blood. Come from a long line of smoked meat lovers. I have a BBQ Grillware upright propane and a custom smoker...I'll post pics later.

Can't wait to share some recipesand learn a lot of new ones. see ya around
