My burners on my grill had a piece broken off of them and needed to be replaced. I was able to finally get them warrantied. They should be in by the middle of the week. I have ordered new vaporizer tents also. My grill should be 100% ready to go by next week. Wish me luck with the rebuild. Take care, Greg

Update: I got order confirmations yesterday from both places where I ordered parts. I bet I'll have them by Wednesday or Thursday. I'll post some grill-view pics of before and after the rebuild.

Sounds good man. I have a Charbroil 4 burner and I love it. Bring on the "grill-view".

Grill rebuild complete!! I got the burners in this morning and immediately came home and put it all together. I'm not sure what I'm grilling tonight but something is going on that sucker. Here are a few pics of the empty housing, housing with new burners, new stainless steel heat tents covering it all and finally topped off with cleaned, re-seasoned grates. Total cost, right around 40 bucks.
