Well the chicken wasnt quite done in time for dinner so we are having it tonight. What is the best way to re-heat a whole chicken? Cover, spray, ??
(I will be doing it in the oven, not the smoker)

Thanks

I know your question was to reheat a whole chicken, but, I usually cut it into parts, then either re-heat on the grill or in an oven at 350 just till its hot enough to eat--like 120 to 130 degrees. I like to heat it that way to crisp the skin but am careful not to dry it out by leaving on the heat too long.

Hey Richtee,

What temp and how long?

Did you get dumped on too? We got 20.4" of snow most since 1910 (15.3")..

I would smear a little butter over mine, then place in a roaster pan and then into the oven. After a bit maybe a spritz or two of your favorite. Should come out fine. Just how I would do it.

I'd say 300 to 350 for a half hour or so. Use your thermometer...serving temp inthe thigh/breast of like 130-140-ish.

Yeah we got 4 snowflakes here. HAH! Neener neener!
