I picked up my new MES Friday night, seasoned it yesterday, smoke in it today, will try and send Q-Veiws I've been having problems sending. The MES is 40'' is stainless steel, I'm anxiousicon_lol.gif

Hi Allen...same one I have, you'll love it. I did a chicken on Friday, Ribs yesterday and doing a piece of Salmon today. I think I've used it every weekend since buying it PDT_Armataz_01_12.gif. Next week I'll be trying my first pork butt. Looking forward to your pics.

Right now I have a fatty with red,green peppers and onions and shredded mexican cheese, and 3 racks of deer jerky,smoking now,forgot to take pics of the loaded racks but will take them of finished product.I got tired of using alot of charcoal to maintane a temp of 240 during the cold spells so went electric for the winter time

What temperature are you smoking the fatty and jerky at?

MossyMo, Temp is set at 240 but temp is at 177, started at 10:30,
