The butt AWSOME,
The girls are stuffed right now and maken plans for the left overs

Looks great I am trying to decide what to smoke tomorrow. I am considering getting up early and make a fatty for breakfast and maybe some ribs for supper

sb - the pulled pork looked really tender and the ribs were probably tasty to those that ate them. redface.gif

Capt Dan - careful with those "for a Hawkeye" statements PDT_Armataz_01_28.gif. Check out the link to this recent post for some pics of what those Hawkeye's can do (or a bird that resembles a hawkeye, I hope!!) PDT_Armataz_01_13.gif

Good looking smoke SB. I have recently been fooling with less sugar in my rubs and mops...seems to have cut down on the crispy crunchys.

Just a thought...Bark is good but rock candy on the outside of any meat is just wrong in my opinion.
