Hello from TN

Thread Starter
Hello I am Jim from the HILLS of east Tn. I am just beginning this "smoking" thing. I have just done 4 butts and they all turned out different (I didnt find this site till I had done them icon_sad.gif ). I have a GOSM gas wide body smoker. I love the different ideas that i have been able to see in here, I never thought of smoking a meatloaf till now. I love This site, wife might not like it because I am going to bombard her with smoked stuff now. I am going to try everything in the smoker.. HA HA Ha... hey again HELLO from the hills... Welcome to SMF. Lots of friendly knowledgable folks here. Ask all the questions you want someone will have an answer. you can smoke a lot of differant things. I have even done raw eggs. they come out like hard boiled with a smoky taste, great for deviled eggs.
