This is my first shoulder on my new ECB electric grill. I started at 2:30am pulled it off at 12 wrapped in foil-stuck in 200 degree oven for two hours and let it rest for another hour. It really turned out great. It has great flavor with a little kick. The family loves it and thats all that matters. Had trouble keeping smoker at a steady temp.
