CG17, love the pizza fatties,italion seas,moz cheese,pepperoni,can bacon,pizza sauce, optional mushrooms green olives,blk olives,onions etc. would that be pretty close? i got to try one of these. great job!!!

It is a gas smoker, and the pizza sauce is just spread on when the sausage is rolled out and then I put more on it after they were rolled,
erain your right on the money. I recommend these to anybody they are awesome!
