I had not smoked salmon in a while and the urge hit me to fill the smoker yesterday. I didn't do anything fancy but filled the smoker with all sorts of things. I bought a piece of salmon, about 1 pound. I seasoned it with lemon pepper, put it on the smoker, and basted it with a butter/lemon pepper mop 3-4 times while it smoked. It turned out fabulous. Here is a finished pic of it. I think total smoke time on the coolest part of the smoker was about 1 1/2 hours. Cya, Greg
