Craig here,
I started out 10 years ago with a dehydrator for jerky and other food to take with me into the woods.
I have been smokin over an open fire in my backyard for awhile.
I'm looking to get into a nice smoker for gourmet jerky and sausage.
I look forward to getting to know all of you.
