Hey smoking family,
I live close to Roanoke Va. And was introduced to somking meat .com by my cousin and best friend Bertjo44. I got to try his first fatty Saturday and it was AWWWSOME!!!!
I have a propane upright smoker that I have had for 6 or 7 months and I love it.
I will try to post pictures next time I cook for everyone to see.

Hope to hear from some of you soon.
