Since I am a little shy on rep points, I figured I would smoke a couple of fatties and a brisket and also fire up some of Dutch's baked beans rather than actually just beg someone to give me some points

They have now been on for 4.5 hours and I am getting hungry

Here is the view of the Fatties, stuffed with Cream Cheese and Onion and the Beans. I let the juices from the Fatties drip into the beans. That ought to be great eating (but probably not so good for my heart

What a shameful way to try and get Rep Points

I better start eating!

I started with plain water and then added a mixture of wine and pineapple juice to it. I also mop everything with the mixture too

Great looking smoke! I love a full smoker especially if it has beans in it

Tasty looking stuff you got there! I agree, I am also taking out some JD chubs later this week for a fatty smoke myself. Think I will do some of Dutch's beans and some ABT's on the side. Hate to waste any smoker space...MMmmmm. Thanks for the q-view!
