Walking Dude, I started off by grinding up enough pork butt (shoulder) to make about a 50/50 mix. I only semi followed a recipe (Rytek Kutas's book). Never seems to be quite right until I add a lot more spice. If you really want it, I'll try to work out how I changed the recipe in the book. Keith
Thats cruel! I had big plans for 4 slabs back ribs, 2 chuck roasts, and whole hog fatty but wifey says were goin to visit the daughter in Wichita. *!#& !!! And then the snow came and the fog and now I guess we aint going. Maybe. Well the meat is still in the freezer so my plans are out the window also. I guess Ill just watch the race if it dont get rained out and try not to cry in my beer to much.
