marinated london broil with qview

soaked a london drool er i meen broil overnight in angostura worcestershire
sauce 10oz. 20oz of water some garlic powder , black pepper and a pinch
of salt. took it out patted dry covered it in honey mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper with a dust of paprika started late so i boxed it 250-275 for almost an hour pulled it @145 cause we like medium rare here with this type of cut foil wrapped it on the counter till it rose a lil then came back down to 130 ish uncovered and cut . was my first london in the box but it
had plenty of smokey goodness to it was good eats with the mushrooms
and some oven done squash with scallions and sun dried tom's in butter and balsamic vinegar..enjoy the qview to bad it's not taste view it was good !!!!
 
Not a traditional smoke but I am getting ready to cook the same thing today as the wife really likes that from time to time. I am also going to add some wicked baked beans, a fatty and some ABT nibblers. Looked nice.
 
Those London's are a tasty morsel, eh? I sometimes do 'em a'la GARLIC! I mean like 3 chopped cloves tucked into a savory breadcrumb filling. More fun when ya "roll your own" too!
