After a year of actual intelligent type of smoking over charcoal in my cheap ole stinky pit( charbroil silver), I am gonna take the plunge into a wood smoker/cooker. I am gonna buy me a Lang 60 with the deluxe warmer. I guess I need to get ahold of a tree cutter and work a deal.Q for wood! This is a big step up for me, I don't know what I will do with all the extra room!
I'll figure something out. I will be keeping "ole stinky" for small smokes for just my family or a days worth of fattys and ribs, but in another week or two, I will be stokin wood, and smokin large portions of Q!
Thanks to smokin steve for all his advice and kind help, and to Shooter for teasin me so F..in bad with those pics of the new rig! I have to go along ways to pick it up, but when it gets home, I will post some picks. It will be like shooters except a really handsome guy standing next to it!
