After the fire discussed in the General Discussions section this morning, things settled out and I came through fine. The ribs were great and the first time Fatty stuffed with onions, mushrooms and spinach,and unstuffed turned out great. I do believe they maybe habit forming. The Butts are all good with the dinner guest taking all of the leftovers home.
That way I'll have to cook more this weekend. I'll just have to struggle along and slave all day out at the GOSM.
Couldn't have done this without knowledge of all those on this forum.
