Hey there...gettin' FIRED UP...pun intended...for my Annual DAYTONA party.

Ordered 30lbs. of BUTT...10 rack of rib to pick up...

Approximately 35 adults (term used VERY LOOSELY) and 20 chillun'
I REALLY need a BIGGER TV!! REDNECKS MAKIN LEFTS!

MENU
--30 lbs of BUTT
--10 rack of St. Louis
--DOUBLED order DUTCH'S (first time)
--As many CHIX THIGHS that will fit in the smoke

**LAST YEAR -- did 40# of BUTT/BRISKET/porkCHOPS in upright GOSM

--Firin' up DA SMOKE at 2am Sat. night/Sun. morn... plan on PULLIN" approx. 4:30 on Sunday...

The OVER/UNDER is 14 beers ....
RED necks...WHITE socks..and BLUE ribbon beer...

TELL YOU WHAT!!!!! SMOKING WITH CHUNKS~~~
 
Sounds awesome! I think you will need more beans. We nearly took down a 1x recipe with just 6 of us. There was only about a cup and a half left.

I have a rack of spares to throw on for the race myself--it will be my first time with ribs. I'm getting OK with butts and briskets.
 
Oh Yea ... Sounds like a Daytona Party ... expect to see some pics on monday ... well maybe tuesday.

Can't wait for Cup season to start. Now that football is over I am having sports withdraw. Thank goodness I have smoking to keep me going.
