Hello fellow smoking enthusiasts!!
I have been lurking around reading and enjoying for a few weeks now.
decided it was time to jump in,I have seen some discussions that I wanted to join, but wanted to follow protocol, and let you know I am here :)
I have been smoking(meat) and grilling for over 20 years. I have been in a couple of amatuer cook-offs (only have placed in best bbq sauce)I totally enjoy cooking, and have really enjoyed reading on this site. You all have some great tips and ideas, and q-view!!
I have already experimented with fattys! Have a big smoke coming up this weekend for Daytona 500 and will be incorporating about four big fattys.
looking forward to chatting with yall.
