Awesome first try!!!!!

On my very first try........Beer Butt Chicken........fresh off the smoker. Jeff's rub inside and out, and mixed in with the Miller lite. Topped the neck with a sweet onion cut in half. Certainly the best chicken I've ever had. I can't imagine how good it will be after some more practice. I did brine these two birds in kosher salt, dark brown sugar, and some orange/lemon juices. I had some trouble with the temp in the ecb due to the Ohio weather, so after smoking to 130 I finished in the oven. Tell me what you think.......................................

YEP YEP YEP!!! I made the bread in the house though. I've not yet worked my to cooking breads outdoors yet. But I'm getting there.

Although I am honored I didn't realize my cornbread was going to be the "bread" winner on this post. LOL I would have taken a better picture of it.

LOL Lee we all love to cook outside-inside or where-ever,oh and ya love anykind of Q-view-we jus loves cornbread in the cast iron!
