well the smoke went well! all day saturday smokin the ham and butt, threw on a backstrap and tenderloin wrapped in bacon (so good), but anyways the butt pulled like it should, nice and easy! I was drooling so bad while pulling it, lucky me and everyone who ate some I didn't droole into the meat. heres how it looks!

and final product with some rolls we made for sandwiches.


best thing is that the wife loves it!

Nice Job Duff... pulled pork is the perfect party food! I did a brisket, 8 lbs, 12 people but knowing the folks who were coming pulled about 4 lbs of pulled I had in the freezer. Nothing remained...sheesh!
