Hi all,
I have been lurking here for quite a while but didnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t have anything to really post until last night. Richtree gave me a slight admonishment for not introducing myself before posting, so here goes.
The first smoke was for a get together in Moses Lake where I went big early and smoked 14 racks of ribs over a few days in the neighborâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s propane smoker. They turned out to rave reviews. From there I started to look for a smoker and ended up going whole hog and got a Treager. I have had quite a bit of luck and tasty eating with it. I am constantly trying new things. I am looking forward to a butt and a brisket this summer.
