I injected them with Italian Dressing, and wrapped them up over night!

Smoker, ECB!

8 hours later. Pulled apart ready to eat!

those do look good. I am begining to think you want a chuck "roast" for pulling. I have done 3 chucks now. There are actually 7 different chuck cuts. My first one pulled real nice. The second one hardly at all and the last one partially pulled. All done the same way. Glad yours turned out well. PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif

Good looking roast the juice in pan looks good also. Have you ever inject with beefbroth and Lipton onion soup mix, I inject my briskets with it.
