Nice job on your roasts,I've never done a chuck roast before but after looking at your Q-Views I'll be trying them myself.

those do look good. I am begining to think you want a chuck "roast" for pulling. I have done 3 chucks now. There are actually 7 different chuck cuts. My first one pulled real nice. The second one hardly at all and the last one partially pulled. All done the same way. Glad yours turned out well.

Good looking roast the juice in pan looks good also. Have you ever inject with beefbroth and Lipton onion soup mix, I inject my briskets with it.
