Did a yard bird Sunday stuffed with sausage and onions.

I used a bamboo skewer to so it up. quick, easy and holds real good!

I Like to make cuts in the skin to stuff the wings in.
I keeps the bird together and is less prone to over cooking them.
Especially with longer cook time due to the sausage.

Damn Glued that is really something. I love the color, and it just looks so good. As usual you've went way over the top with that chicken. YUMMY YUMMY.

Great looking Qvue glued. Never thought about stuffing a bird for smoking, have to give that a try.
