Welcome to SMF !!!
Been making sausage for quite a few years and last summer I aimed my focus on perfecting ribs. Well, I think I set my standards quite high because I was not able to perfect them in my opinion. But they were much better than the ribs I had made before I found SMF (many SMF members know thier ribs). I know each time I make ribs they are better than the last, so with time hopefully I will get there.....

Welcome to the SMF!! This place is full of friendly folks that all like sharing tips tricks recipes and experiences... good and bad.... great place to learn and just make some good online buds!!
