Hello Everyone, My Names Guy And I Like To Cook For Shear Enjoyment.my Family And I Reside Just South Of Dallas Texas And I'm An Aluminium Smelter Forman By Trade.if You Can Make Yourself And Others Happy By The Food You Turn Out.thats What I Do It For.i Cook For 5 Or 150 But Not Professionally.the Equipment I Use Is Pretty Standard Fare.new Braunfels Smoker,(2)mr. Meat Smokers,gas Smoker,gas Grill,and Of Course My Wifes Oven.my Cooking Style Varies From Low @ Slow To 500 Degree Grilling.pretty Good At Brisket(of Course You Gotta Be In Texas),sausages Of All Types,chicken And Fish.
