First fatty, I now know I am hooked!!

These things are awesome. I can just imagine cooling one off and wrapping it, and taking to a party for a snack. Wow, where have I been?

You'll notice other pics in the link because the fatty is part of the cook I'm doing that is in the "Beef, Mother in Law, and 2 butts" thread.

Thanks, It's a 2# Jimmy Dean with chopped red bell peppers in vinegar, some chopped green ppr, mozzerelli cheese and cheddar cheese, the a few spinach leaves to convince my wife it's healthy!! Plus its wrapped in Bacon:-)

Instead of rolling it with a pin, I kind of did a fillet on it as I rolled it back flat(Steve Raichlen does that with a loin in his How to Grill Book), then tied it to keep the bacon in place,etc.

Thanks Richtee and to MossyMo, you are right, the 13 foot woodpile in my link is for both my house and my Smoker. If I only could figure out how to heat the house while cooking---hmmmm --didn't they used to do that in the old days?
