Creole/Cajun/Italian

Wasn't in the mood to cook until bout 4:30. Went to fridge and grabbed what I could. All leftovers.

Spagetti
Corn
Carrots
Celery
Lil Smokies
pepperoni (sp.....I don't care) not leftover.


Mixed it all up after cut'n the vegies and smokies, and pepperoni. Added onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, blk pepr, worchest sauce, cajun spices, and k.salt.

Got 18 coals ready for top and 6 for bottom, while they were gett'n ready I put a stick of butter in and some veg oil to warm up in 12" camp stove.

When coals were ready and butter melted, I put the "mix" in and let it do its thing. At 1/2 hr in I mixed it up and tasted.......mmmmmm this will actually be good. Went to house to get spagetti sauce and added it, 14oz jar of Ragu "pizza quick".....ok so I lied.....pizza sauce.

15 min after that, taste'n good. As I type, in 35 sec I'll add some moz cheese, mix, and add more.

Kiindof a "cavitini" creole/cajun style.......guess'n celery & cajun spices did that.

Gotta go. time for cheese.

OK, I would have to say NOT to do what I did.

Tasted good at first, then........well........a PB&J sounded better. I got full, daughter full, and wife full.....but my son said........."its good, I'm just not in the mood for it right now."

He's just a bit faster than the rest of us. Plenty of leftovers of the leftovers, and .........NO I won't try to fix it.

I'm guessing the celery didn't work good in that mix, wife thinks the worchest sauce, kids just think I need to stick to the smoker.

I guess it was worth a shot, it was all gonna go in the trash anyway.....now I just added another hr of time and some charcoal.

Live and learn I guess.

Do it once, you were ignorant. Do it twice.......well, your stupid.
