decided it was time for a fatty today.rolled out 2 lbs of butcher made bacon and wild rice italion sausage stuffed it with chedder cheese and smokedat 200 deg for couple hrs till 165 deg internal .the rest is history .and so is half the fatty already.lolPDT_Armataz_01_12.gif
