I might live in the upper left corner of the country but I love to BBQ. When my gas grill died in the middle of having the church youth group over a couple of years ago, I had to break out the back-up charcoal unit. I had forgotten how good food tasted with charcoal. Instead of buying a high end stainless gas grill, I bought a Big Green Egg. Best decision I ever made! Every time I cook on it, I'm a hero. So glad I was referred to this forum.
