Thanks roadie for the info.

As far as doing the wild hog ribs, we did one side of the ribs with store bought ribs in the smoker for 6 hours and they tasted pretty good. Of course there was not as much meat on them as the store bought ribs, but good. My buddy smoked them and I think he put too much rub them, but they were good and tender. Cook them the same way as traditional ribs and see how they turn out, I think you will be impressed. I still have a whole side of ribs left in the freezer I need to do in my smoker this timeicon_biggrin.gif
