Hello,

I signed up recently but got busy and just now getting around to roll call. I am "just learning" and hoping to get some good knowledge on smoking up some great ribs and pulled pork. I have a Brinkmann charcoal smoker and a new braunfels w/ smoke box. I live on the west coast of FL. Just about any time of the year here is great smoking weather!! I look forward to browsing thru the forum and trying out some new stuff along the way.

Welcome to SMF! You'll learn things about smoking here that you never even thought of before. You may be after good pulled pork and ribs, but before you're done here you'll be doing ABTs and fatties and chewing gum (okay, maybe not the gum).

With the help of the folks here, you'll get to where your pork and ribs are good when you have a bad day at the smoker, but usually they'll be things that make you drool just seeing pictures of them.
